- Pets: pets are not allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the vacation house
- End-of-stay cleaning service is included in all rates for a normal use of the house. Handing over the house in an excessive state1 of dirtyness will trigger a €30 surcharge corresponding the extra amount of cleaning incurred.
(1) Excessive state of dirtyness is qualified by: greasy oven, coffee machine full with used filter, dirty dishwasher, dirty tableware, dirty cookware, dirty microwave oven.
- Number of Tenants in the house is for 6 individuals. In addition to the house capacity it is possible to accommodate 1 child of 5 years old or less. In that case a rate of €30 per week will apply.
